Shipping Policy

All orders from Cotton Billboards are processed and shipped with care from our headquarters in Wisconsin.

Shipping Method

We use USPS Ground Advantage for all domestic shipments. This service provides:

• Reliable delivery in 2–5 business days (after fulfillment)
• Tracking information for every order

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after purchase. Please note that during high-demand periods (such as new drops), fulfillment times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Costs

We take care of shipping — so you don’t have to. That means no surprise fees at checkout and no stress over shipping rates. Just focus on filling up your closet — we’ll handle the rest. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your USPS tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please reach out to support@cottonbillboards.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date. While we are not responsible for packages once they are in USPS’s hands, we will do our best to assist you in locating your order.
