At Cotton Billboards, every piece we release is part of a limited drop with exclusivity and quality in mind. Because of the nature of these collections, all sales are final.

No Returns or Exchanges

We currently do not offer returns or exchanges on any limited drop items. Please double-check your order details, including sizing and shipping information, before checking out.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right.

Order Cancellations

Due to the limited nature of our inventory, order cancellations are not guaranteed once an order is placed. If you need to make a change or cancel, email us as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to help, but once processing begins, changes may not be possible.
